Buñuelos, cassava croquettes on whipped feta

Pastelitos, beef turnovers with apple sauce
Toston Avo, plantain crostini with avo and pico

Arepa Sifrina, chicken, mayo and cheddar
Yuca Fries, cassava chips tossed in paprika salt

Chapter 4

Cachapa, sweetcorn pancake topped with shredded beef, fried plantains, black beans and grated cheese.

The Traditional Christmas Dish

'Plato Navideño' is the traditional Venezuelan meal made up of Hallacas, Pan de Jamón and Ensalada de Gallina. Enjoy Christmas as the Venezuelans do with this 3-course meal.

Chestnut Soup

served with 3 fried cheesy mini arepas

Hallaca

A plantain-leaf wrapped parcel of corn dough filled with slow-cooked stew and vegetables.

Pan de Jamón

Soft, slightly sweet bread filled with aromatic ham, olives and raisins. Usually paired with hallacas.

Ensalda de Gallina

Traditional salad, with tender chicken pieces, potatoes, carrots and peas, bound with a creamy, mayo-based seasoned dressing.

Dessert

Choose between Tres Leches
or Chocolate Tequeños with ice cream.
