A. Food 

How long does it last the food I receive today?

Food have been sent frozen, therefore, the shelf life is 3 months. 

Do you have any cooking guidelines?

Yes, please visit our section, what to do with my food. There is information relevant to every item and how to proceed.


B. Order Pick Up Questions

If I place an order today, can I pick it up today?

Usually, we process order in one working day. However, if you would like to check if you order could be ready for pick up, just give us a call to the site you choose the collection.

Can I place an order over the phone to be collected?

Yes. Just call the site that it is more convenience for you.


C. Order Delivery Questions

If I order today, when will the food arrives?

Our delivery days are Tuesday and Thursday. Your order will be dispatched Mondays and Wednesdays when you place an order before 1pm. Otherwise, the order will be sent in the next scheduled delivery date. Example: if you order on Saturday, you will be received your order on Tuesday.

How can I track my order?

Our delivery partner is UPS. Once we dispatch your order, you will be receiving notification of the status of your order. In addition, we also get notification when it arrives safely at its destination.

Can I place an order over the phone to be delivered?

No. If you would like your order to be delivered, you need to place the order using this website.


D. Packaging

Can I trust the food will arrive safely to my destination?

We use especial packaging that maintains frozen temperatures for over 48 hours. However, as a good practice we have decided to dispatch and deliver your food in less than 24 hours to avoid inconveniences.
